I observed a $14.95 cost on my Amex Card this month and named Norm Thompson to determine what it had been. They stated I registered to get a Returns Program together. I refused doing such a thing. I then appeared more back to my previous claims and that I realized that they've been taking $14.95 from my Amex Charge Card since July. They've cut me down for $239.20. Is there any means you are able to assist me to recuperate this cash? American Express can only just credit me for that previous 4-6 months, which hasbeen happening for 16 months!
