When they send you those free updates, watch that you don't start a new account. I had no idea I was doing so over a year and a half ago. They have been charging me for two accounts the whole time!!!
Now, no one has replied to my letters. One phone rep was kind enough to give me two free months! We're talking about automatically charging my bank account 28 bucks every month for over a year without so much as trying to see why the account has been completely inactive the enitire month.
