Thank you so much for reporting on this company! I had their computer in the shopping cart at MSNBC! I only hesitated because I didn't like the 2.5 hour battery life and the fact they don't even sell extra batteries! The 2.5 is on a good day!
I did a search for the computer on the net to see what it was going for elsewhere. Funny... It isn't sold anywhere else but MSNBC.
With all these complaints, it's unbelievable that they continue to offer such trash!
