Inc. They damaged my printer I sent for repair AND refused to replace it

I have spent 3 months trying to work with this company. They originally damaged my printer and sent it back to me in pieces. I called them about it and they insisted that they didn't do it, but that UPS did, though the box was not damaged. When they finally agreed to send me a replacement, they sent one without a serial card so it was useless to me.

They immediately started demanding payment for the repairs to the printer that they broke! They sent me a serial card, but when I installed it the printer wouldn't work. I sent this printer back and they sent me another which worked for 2 weeks. I sent it back and they supposedly repaired it, but sent it back without the cover or the forms separator.

The staff are extremely rude and uncaring and I would advise that you never deal with this company! They have basically accused me of being a liar and told me that all I do is complain. (Great customer service skills!) I've been handling the IT operations for my company for over 3 years and switched this sector of my business to this company last summer — before that I had never had a problem. Don't make the same mistake!!!
