I've requested from their website twice with much disappointment, offered another attempt (providing them with the advantage of the question...) but had exactly the same problem. They've the toughest customer support while you can't get somebody about the telephone. They guarantee shipping n/i 3-4 times. I am currently on my 6th week since preliminary purchase and obtaining no reaction when requesting when to anticipate. My guidance: AVOID OUR VITANET!!!
