Online Detective.com ripoff theives scumbags nothing but a common theif

I used there service for one day and cancelled, but yet they have been billing me for the entire year. The billing service ibil is no help either because i cancelled with them more than once and they still kept charging me. So I cancelled my credit card and sure enough someone access there site using a different one of my credit cards. What are the odds of someone stealing my cc number and accessing there service. They are theives.
