I placed an order for 1000 rounds of. 40 S&W and 100 rounds of 12 gauge buckshot on 8/9. On 9/13, over 1 month later, I received the buckshot rounds but not the 1000 rounds of. 40.
I tried to call the company several times & was sent directly to voicemail. I was finally able to talk to somebody after calling back and trying every extension.
He of course promptly hung up on me when he realized I had a problem.
I have also sent numerous emails which remain unanswered.
The UPS shipping detail showed that the package weighed 35 pounds which sounds about right for the full order. Of course the buckshot weighed just over 10 pounds. I think they fraudulently entered the weight in order to charge me more for shipping in addition to the 1000 rounds I didn't receive.
I have now filed claims/complaints/disputes with UPS, the Better Business Bureau, and my credit card company.
I will never do business with this company again.
