First they require you to send ID, then after taking forever I finally get the account information. Password doesnt work. Have yet to get a reply from the company. Luckily paid via credit card so can easily call the company and dispute charges, but thing is the fraud may go way deeper than that (possible identity theft). They might be harvesting IDs so they could social engineer enough information for udocumented/illegal people or something
