I was contacted by David with RisingStarMultimediaLLC.com about my website that was closed due to an FTC lawsuit against my web host/designer. I was informed by David that he was working with the FTC to help me re-coup my money that I had invested for my website because the FTC would not get all my money back to me.in addition, he said they would re-build my site and provide me free web hosting for the life of my site for only $2,499.99.

Since I had invested quite a bit more with the original web host company and was very interested in getting my money back, I agreed. David was supposed to contact me 3 business days later and he did not. Since I had all ready lost a lot of money and the law states that I have 3 business days to cancel any charges, I called the only number that David had given me and I left a message that I wanted to cancel the service.

I then contacted PayPal. That was how David had me charge the fee. I placed the $2,499.99 into dispute and then I also contacted my credit card company and placed the amount into dispute.
David contacted me the following day after being notified by PayPal of the attempt to charge back. He was rude and was only interested in the fact that doing a charge back made his company look bad! All his other phone and email messages were equally as rude and he refused to give me my money back! When David contacted me about this transaction, he never provided me with the Terms and Conditions from his company... He never provided me with a e-contract to sign... in fact, at no time did he ever inform me of the cancellation policy.

Also, he did not inform me that by my charging the fee through PayPal I would not be able to re-coup my money because PayPal does not charge back on virtual charges! I am not sure of what FRAUD is, but in my opinion, I believe I have been defrauded by David at RisingStarMultimediaLLC.com. I was not able to get my money refunded due to David's failure to inform me of PayPal and RisingStarMultimediaLLC's cancellation policies.

In my opinion, no one should do business with this company because of it's unethical behavior.
