I was sold the me.com service specifically to synchronize Outlook Calendar and Contacts with my iPhone 4. Several iPhone software updates back me.com synch stopped working for Outlook Calendar. After the most recent iPhone software update, Outlook Contacts no longer synch either.
There appears to be no venue in which to send a complaint or call for support. There is a "forum" available where other users can help each other figure out how to fix issues, but I have not found a fix for my issue. Additionally, the company does not offer a refund for all of the money I paid for this service.
I would like this issue fixed. If a fix is forthcoming, I would like a timeline for when this functionality will be enabled. If a fix is not forthcoming, I would like a refund for the full amount of the annual fees I paid in June, as this functionality has been broken for some time.
Meanwhile, Apple should cease & desist its false advertising about synching with Outlook, or clearly state under what conditions the synch functionality will or will not work.
