I purchased a new Micro wireless keyboard and mouse and I am not able to use the keyboard's shift at all. I've tried to comtact this company several different times but I have never been able to actually get get anything sent out to them even from their web site. I've had to purchase a brand new keyboard and mouse that has wires just to be able to get to this stage in order to file a "Ripoff" report.
Inside the box that the wireless keyboard and mouse came in was a large pink sheet of paper which states very clearly, "Need Assistance?" Call tech support toll free and then they had their toll free phone number below.in addition to this information it stated "Do not return to store but to call for any tech support. Each time I called I heard a recorded voice stating to go to their web site which I finally got to do and after doing what it stated to do to get some support nothing went out.
Now, how is someone who follows every single way to get some tech support for something that never did work from day one? It gets very expensive to have to go and purchase a brand new keyboard and mouse because of something isn't working.
Another thing that is terribly wrong with the wireless keyboard and mouse is that the mouse would freeze and not move no matter what I tried. I did follow every single detail that is on the information that was provided inside the box that this crap came in. I apologize for calling it crap but by now I really am fed up with this company that does not care about the customer who has gone out and purchased one of their products and is unable to get any form of support from them at all!
I hope that I have stated everything that I would like to say about this company but knowing me, I will for sure remember something once I submit it.
Before I do forget to mention it, I'm very disabled and I do enjoy the time I get to spend on my computer. I get to send email to all of my family and dear friends as well and I enjoy hearing from all of them too.
