Paid product and not received

I have a serious complaint to make. I am Brazilian and a magician there is exactly one year (August) bought some of the illusions "Snap Illusions, LLC" I paid almost $ 7000.00 USD (I have all e-mail confirming the receipt by the company mentioned) and never received any product and never had contact with Mr. Jack Moyer (most did not respond) or any other person's "Snap". Please, someone needs to take some action against these thieves.
