I ordered a Monster Guillotine Illusion trick from SnapIllusions.com. Before I wired the money to them, they assured me that I would receive my product by mid-September. I haven't received it. I have sent numerous emails, telephone calls, and inquiries on their customer feedback form on their web site. No one has responded to me. I needed this product for a show, Oct. 7. I am unable to perform, due to Snap Illusions not delivering my product.
