June 1 customer out of my 700 filed complaint. Paypal withdrew $850 my acct, no notice to me (in clear violation of their own agreement for service). They wanted more money so PP attacked my Alaska Bank where I blocked them (CLEAR VIOLATION of their agreement for service). They wanted more money and began intercepting my subsequent customer's payments intended for me. They took those customer's monies leaving customers w/o merchandise or money.
PP never responded to any contacts from me. Original customer went into hiding; changed address, non-pub phone. I found him in Feb (I think).
PP hired NCO Financial to collect. Rec'd letter from NCO. Wrote complete answer to NCO in 6 days. Today NCO denies receipt of Letter. I retained copies and copies of envelop w / stamp in place... Meanwhile PP never once attempted to negotiate the problem.
Feb. I filed $35 million suit against PP.
Mar. I filed lawsuit against original individual causing problem. Today PP has my merchandise and my money and refuses to answer any questions. I will file another lawsuit against PP next week, March 30.
Recommend never do business w/pp. If you now do, recommend closing account immediately. Many stories like mine!
