Purchased a telephone, memory, and situation after my boy explained his dad bought from these men without incident. Situation did not match phone. No memory. Leaped through hoops and was informed they'd deliver the memory. No memory came. No return. They string it out long enough simply to move the restriction for processing a problem with PayPal. Within 2 weeks the telephone ceased functioning!!!
