Took my money and never delivered their product Nationwide

MS/Office Pro ordered and paid for on 12/31/03.
CD never received.

E-mail inquiries to company on 1/26/04,2/5/04, and 2/10/04 were ignored.

Finally, e-mail request on 2/13/04 was acknoledged and credit promised within 3-4 weeks.

It is now 03/21/04 and no credit or material has been received.

My advise... STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
There are better options out there.
You get what you pay for, and this outfit doesn't deserve to be in business.
