Repeated email & phone solicitation and invoicing post cancelation and multiple removal requests by fax, phone, email & letters

I cancelled my account nearly 2 yrs. Ago and still receive repeated email & phone solicitations including continued invoicing with c.C. Details post cancelation. I have made multiple removal requests by fax, phone, email & letters. I have followed their cancellation requests every time and even been put on hold for long periods to re-report my request to not be contacted again. I have never seen such disregard for a customer's cancelation request! This company must be stopped!
