Returned Phone by FedEx but Still Charged, Told Not to Call Back

Verizon wireless got cell phone and wasn't working so I wanted credit what I paid for it or money returned I've called week several workers gave me different prices now there saying they can't find it and I gave tracking number all once vincent said not call back verizon
