After following directions to get my money back, I still haven't got it

I purchased a PowerPoint file recovery software from the company on May 11th. It was after reviewing the free trial and reading through the money back policy.

After multiple tries, the software failed to recover the file. Per the requirement to get my money back, I had to send the PowerPoint file to SysInfoTools. I contacted [email protected] to get an update and Linda T. From the Support Department responded that they were still working on the file.

Since then, I've been contacting SysInfoTools - both email and live support online - to request for my money back without getting any progress.

On June 16th, Live Support representative, Jenny, gave me a ticket number for my issue (Ticket# SYS02-3MTTYC21) and promised to have a resolution within 48 hours.

On July 20th, Hennah G. ([email protected]) responded to one of email inquiries that Marecus B. Was investigating my case and Hennah G. Will give me more details within 3 - 4 hours.

Multiple attempts to contact SysInfoTools, both through emails to [email protected] and Live Support on www.sysinfotools.com resulted with no response, not even with updates on the progress of the manual file recovery.
