False Sense of Support - Post Media Network Does Not Respond ripoff

After download and unlocking the product XP-Medic, followed by a scan and repair attempt of the registry, my Notebook Computer completely crashed. I had to recover (after several unusual failed attemts) from a disaster recovery backup. Since then several attempts over a period of nearly two weeks to get support from Post Media Network has only resulted in several canned responses:

"This email is to confirm we have received your request for support regarding your software purchase. Our support team will respond to your request as quickly as possible, usually within 12 to 24 hours depending on support volumes. Rest assured your business is important to us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

There is no other contact information other than www.postmedianetwork.com.

I'm not certain this organization even exists, but someone has (via PayPal) my $34.95.
