This Company / Individual Sells items on ebay. I purchased a set of Polk EX 2 10" subwoofers at the fallowing addres:

The auction clearly states that the subs work and are in "GOOD" Condition.
After receiving the items one speaker would not move (Majorly damaged in sone fashion). I preceded to contact Josh, where he said that he had 2-4 people test the subs before shipping. I hadn't even hooked it up so there was something going on. We then agreed that it must of been damaged in shipping. So he filled a damage report with UPS.
So after 2 months of waiting I emailed and asked for an update on what is happeneing. He never responded. I waited 3 days then gave him negative feedback. He then got angry and sent me this email:
"I was giving you 20 bucks back today, when UPS credits my account that we agreed on, but since your friend called me acting like a damn idiot you don't get jack. Say thanks to Lowell for dicking YOU out of 20 bucks. I'll just go buy something with it. And tell Lowell directions to Waco, Texas for his a*kicking."
Where he clearly stated that he got the money from UPS and has no plan on paying it to me. He also sounds threatening in manner. Now I would think it would be illegal for someone to get a refund on damaged items that should of gone to me???
