Failed. To deliver progam download, gave unreachable e-mail address. E-mail address given for financial contac, also not deliverable internet

On 6/29 I ordered a program that said it would let me view tv shows and movies on my computer, after paying a one time fee, which i did.

However, after following download instruction, which were said t to be as easy as 123, i was unable to down load the program. I tried to contact them with the e-mail address three different time and was advised that, the were not deliverable.

I also tried to contact the customer service e-mail address given (CLKBank.com), with the same results.
And no program, no $37, and no way to contact.

If the company would deliver as promised, i would have no beef.
