Made an order for my husband for Father's Day. Called the company b/c I had a? Concerning my order. When I called, no answer, no voice mail NOTHING! Same story the next day. I emailed the company and asked them when I could expect for my package to be shipped.
Then I searched the BBB website and to my amazement, there were MULTIPLE complaints about this company. Under a hunch and a sick feeling in my gut, I called information (411). The address listed on both the company website and my invoice that was mailed to me was the address of a completely different business. I emailed the same address of all the info that I had found about the BBB complaints, the different address and that I had no problems about calling an investigative news team. I did receive a tracking number from FED EX on June 16th that my package should be delivered today. Except, NOBODY has called FED EX to have them pick up my order. There is nobody answering the phone to even answer my question at Best Canvas and FED EX is telling me that I need to contact them. They won't answer their phone or any other e-mails I have sent to them. They are criminals!
