Ordered on December 18. Was told item was being shipped on Dec. 21 and rec'd Fedex tracking that was never shipped. Called Dec. 23 repeatedly and was told would arrive on Dec. 24. Called over 15 times on Dec. 26 and finally got ahold of someone and was told would arrive Dec. 28. Called Dec. 29 literally fifty times and rec'd no answer. Called Dec. 30 and was told canvas would be printed today and mailed this evening. Demanded refund. Rec'd email of credit but very unsure if I will ever receive it.
