Medicom recieved $97.43 for installation of tv, phone and internet, when the serviceman came he said it would cost $100.00 for the phone, I told him that i had a contract for all three for the amount fore mentioned, he said that the phone was not included. I called the agent that i maded the agreement with she said a mistake had been made on the staffs part in edenton that i was suppose tto get all three services, i canceled and ask for a refund, she said it would take 72 hours, I called medicom yesterday they said the money would be in my account this morning. It was not there. I called medicom this morning and they said it had been returned and it would take 10 more days, I then called my bank SECU and they said that that was not so if they had refunded the money it would have been recieved. This is consumer fraud.
