Small Print and Ignoring Cancellations will be the demise of Fit Brains

I signed up for Fit Brains, but soon found it

Limited in a number of manners, so did not elect to renew my subscription.

Unfotunately when they charge my credit card for a second time I discovered

That they would not credit the subscription even though I cancelled it

Immediately and had not used it in months. They stated that I had to send them

A cancellation order or they automatically renewed, according to their on-line

Contract. So I then proceded to send them an email but could not get a

Response, so sent two more to other email addresses for the company. When I was

Charged again, I sent the copies of my emails to Mastercard and they reversed

The charge. The very day that Mastercard processed my credit, they charged me

Again. I now am advised by MasterCard to cancel my credit card in order to

Avoid future charges because they are obvious not respectful of there

Customers, who are predominantly seniors.
