Jun 1/08 company charged my credit card for subscription - I was unaware that I had signed up

Jun 9/08 noticed charge on credit card statement and had it reversed by the credit card company

Jun 10/08 send Email to company asking for information on how they got my credit card number and subscription info.

Jun 10/08 left phone message - no response as of 1 Jul/08

Jun 28/08 company processed another subscription charge on my credit card

Jul 1/08 - resent email and phoned company again - can only get a recording saying nobody available - leave message
