Bluemile LLC, also known as Bluemilenetworks.com, Bluemilecloud.com, and Bluemile.net is simply the worst thing that ever happened to our business. We run multiple practice locations in central Ohio. We see many patients on a daily basis. We were with a colocation facility/ISP called IPOutlet, and were very happy - very happy that is, until they were taken over by Bluemile.
Once Bluemile took over, they changed our telephone system to their new "Voice over IP" system. This was supposed to be the best thing for our business. The story sounded great. They also continued to house all of our servers in their Data Center which was formerly IPOutlet.
This is where the trouble began. Bluemile Tech support is terrible. Bluemile's rollout of the phone system was disorderly and painful. Bluemile would claim they were going to fix the issues, but the problems persisted.
