I want to give a report at supplier (Tianjin sbarter Imp & Exp.Co. Ltd) as untrustworthy supplier and i accused them by scam.
But first allow me introduce my company.
We are TIBA for trading & agencies & agriculture development, our location in Egypt.
We consider one of the biggest companies which deal at fertilizers, seeds, pesticides and all agriculture needs.
We are an agent and distributor for all local factories of standard fertilizers.
We have several agencies, including Korea, Turkey, Greece, Spain and United Kingdom.

Regarding our subject with Tianjin sbarter imp & exp co. Ltd
I sent an inquiry for Zinc sulphate Heptahydrate 98% min to many sites and had a quotation from Tianjin sbarter imp & exp. Ltd represented by Mr. White who in charge at my order.
I was so urgent to have the order before May because the Rise season is coming and Mr. White ensures that he could end the order in time.
Regarding payment terms, we have agreed the payment will by T/T 30 % in advance and unpaid balance against the documents through the bank.
So we transferred 30% in advanced.
As you can see at proforma invoice the mentioned price as Fob so i arranged for shipping and ask Mr. White to contact the logistic company but i Shocked when the logistic company told me that he canceled the booking because he isn't ready, and he booked with another company without ask me before even he isn't authorize to do that.
Any way i accepted that to avoid problems in future but what i feared happened, when i asked Mr. White about B/L he sent me copy of B/L without numbers and ask me to send the unpaid balance against the copy of B/L.
So now i can't check from the forwarder agent if he already shipped the order or not and he refused to send the documents to the bank as we agreed before by telling me that he afraid to pick up the containers without pay the balance.
I contact with the Chinese embassy in Egypt and they give me your contact to send my complaint and you will take
care of everything.
I hope you could help me to take my money back.
I made hard search at this company and I found many website with the same contacts and address
