I ordered a charger from Pronto on Firday and paid $27 extra for overnight delivery. The charger never arrived on Saturday
When I complained, I was told by the saleman that they would refund my shipping charge and that I would receive an email on Monday confirming the refund.
No one in authority can be reached by phone and they don't respond to emails. As of today, Friday, 6 days after I complained, I have not recieved an email, a call, or $ back.
The good news is they did send the right charger. Be careful buying from this company.
