Next Day Delivery - Don't Believe It! - DELL Computer Customer Service

I purchased a replacement Laptop AC charger and chose "next day delivery" for $21.95 and had it shipped to a business location I would be at the following 2 days. The next day I got an email saying the expected arrival date was 19 days in the future. I called Customer Service where they told me "next day" was after it reached the shipper, and they had to manufacture it. (a 90W AC charger now). They expedited it and said it could be shipped the following day (Friday) but they cannot schedule Saturday delivery so It would be Monday. I told them I needed to change the address since I wouldn't be there. They changed the shipping address. The next day a FedX email indicates they are shipping to the wrong address, I call them and they "change it again". Well, it is now 4 days later and Fed-X says it is on the truck for delivery to the wrong address, and I still don't know when I'll get my "next day shipment". Dell's web site does not give the purchaser the real time info to determine if the item is in stock, you must wait until the following day to get an "update status email" to find out if you can get next day or next month delivery
