I purchased the PC Ultra from you in April. I then contacted you on 06/4 and requested a refund as the product wasn't doing my computer any good. You said that the funds would be refunded to me and as yet they have not gone back onto my account. Can you please fix this up as soon as possible, thank you J Morgan.
