I was charged $9.97 for something I NEVER ordered from this company on August 2. Previously I had unresolved complaint for a refund I requested in April for a full refund of two purchases totaling $39.94 X 2 (two licenses) and $225. They refunded the maintenance/technical support fee of $225 and $29.97 for ONE of the purchases.
Interestingly the difference between what they refunded and what they fraudulently charged me is exactly the same amount of $9.97. The way I see it they owe me for one license $39.94 plus the difference in what they did not refund on the first license $9.97 and the fraudulent charge in August $9.97 for a total of $59.88. I will keep you posted.
