Efusal to pay for articles i wrote that he published

I published 21 posts for Bill Sunbeck that he was susposed to pay for me $10 each. On may 11, Bill explained my check might venture out 24 hours later. On may 12 he explained funds were being prepared. On april-13 he explained the check is likely to be shipped 24 hours later again.

It's may 24 and that I have obtained nothing from bill sunbeck, and that I found my posts have now been posted by mr. Sunbeck, though he'snot bought the privileges to something I've created.
