In July I refi my home, all was fine until they forced placed home owner's insurance, since February they have charged me with 2 late payments because I did not pay the mortgage with their insurance payment, however, now they are putting the previous month's payment in suspense and telling me I am a month behind!!! Is there an organization besides taking them to small claims Court that would prosecute fraudulent Mortgage companies? My home is for Sale for the past year and I pray that all homes that are under this evil company sells so that we could all get out this company.
When I pulled my credit report, my beacon score went down 150 points!
I feel that all of us that are under the ASC Curse need to get together and put these thieves out of Business!
