Identity Guard (Identity Protection Product)
An imposter could not even enroll

I would like to record difficulties with the Merchandise Identity Guard (Identification Protection Solution).

I've been attempting to sign up for the Identification Guard Safety support for over 8 weeks. It works a web-based confirmation requesting me concerns about my credit rating. This content for that online concerns is dependant on information removed in the Equifax site. It usually requires me 6 concerns. Four of those I've needed to reply properly to obtain my yearly credit history from Equifax, Experian and Transunion. There are usually 2 additional concerns regarding an automobile mortgage on the particular month and year. When I haven't had an automobile loan at that time given, I usually reply none of the above mentioned for that organization supplying the mortgage after which I reply none of the above mentioned for that payment per month. Then it claims it can't confirm me and locks me out for three times. I replicate the procedure three times later again being locked-out. Therefore, today 2 weeks later, I'm still not enrolled. I've requested them to check out their computer records to determine where it stops working. However they don't be seemingly capable bypass their completely automatic procedures to both personally let me obtain the support or even to decide where the “bug” within their registration procedure is. It tells me of the Science-Fiction film in which a computer procedure gets control with defective development and CAn't be countermanded. I work-in It and understand there's to be always a method to decide where the thing is, but after 8 weeks they CAn't aid me. COSTCO provides one taste of the merchandise and after worrying for them they've requested for help on my account to no avail. I've talked for their administration (Shele Cowan, Jeff Lowe and Caesar Escobar - 505-896-7400 Reo Rancho, NM) to no avail. They ultimately delivered me to Carol Gyamfi (703-814-7168) in regards to a month before. He works together with the development team. Carol hasn't had the opportunity to help me both.

Therefore, though I notice they've an excellent item (I haven’t observed it nevertheless!) their registration process and customer support group don't have any method to manage a problem using their development team and IT team. They've decorated themselves right into a part which is just a large damaging due to their customer support.
