I paid for the credit reports and scores service from Identity Guard offered by Costco. They advertize that you will have access 24 hours a day 7 days a week. It has been several days now and their supposed "customer service" representatives say the same thing 48 hours more and 48 hours more.
I guess the mode of operation of Identity Guard/Intersections is to charge the person's credit card and maybe someday offer the service that was paid for when they feel like it. Again I do not know, as I cannot use the service that Identity Guard / Intersections charged me for and has not delivered.
I am very surprised to see that Costco is involved with such an unprofressional company such as Identity Guard.
