I ordered 2 items about 4 months ago and i have not received any tracking information nor have i received the products i send several messages to the web site but theres never a responds

I ordered 2 items from the online store (Fli-Pelican) about 4 months ago. I have been sending them messages asking them for the products but i have gotten no response. Items should not take 4 months to ship and i have been reading articles about Fli Pelican being a Fraud store, please help me get my money back. Thank you
