Paid for merchandise, sent only 10%of order which were knock-offs and never sent rest of orde

I ordered over $500 worth of jeans and shirts from Joe Wunsch. When only a few items came, well short of what I ordered and most of the items I did not even order. The few things that came that I did order were knock-offs and I cannot do anything with them. Sent back all the items that I did not order via fedex delivery confirmed he stated would send correct items, here I am 3 months later out my money, never received anything but the run around.

I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and of course he did not respond. Also filed with my bank to getmy money backsince I paid with apersonal check that Joe Wunsch did endorse and deposit. Steerclear of this scam artist!!!
