Orded two buffelo nickles fifteen dollors a piece they were suppose to be gold coated all i got was pot metel

I orderd 2 gold coverd buffelo nickles. What i recived was 2 brassey color buffelo nickels maid out of pot metel sent them back march 10 the mint recived my coins back and did not put credit back on charge card i called customer serivce they said they never recived the coins back. Went to post office to verifie. I have recipe from post office where i incered nickles dont know what to do &steve goodview va.
