This outfit contacted stating they were a Google partner and provide Search Engine Optimization. They require 2 initial installments and give you about ten days before the second installment is charged. On the surface they seem legitimate. However, I wasn't impressed with how they were handling my account, caught them in repeated misrepresentations, and checked on the Missouri Secretary of State website and their certificate of incorporation was listed as fictitious. Shortly after the initial contact, I was also contacted by Showcase Premeir Media which is noted in http://usashameboard.com as a sham operation. I can't say with absolute certainty anything about this company until I get confirmation from the Secretary of State's office that what they have listed is not in error.
