This is a scam you may received from USPS mail targeting business owners in many states. My resident NC secretary of state has posted a scam alert on its official website about this fraud, but I found this fraudulent company's website is still working (http://www.corporateregistrar.Us/).

Don't pay any amount to this company. Please check or report to your own state's secretary of state for this scam.
