Auto Repair Warranty 'Group' is scam operation run by MICHAEL F. PETRUZIELLO at 21300 Lorain Rd, Cleveland, OH 44126. Don't think for a minute that just because they are in Ohio and you are in another State, that you can't sue them. If they are doing business with you in your State they can be sued in your State. Simply sue them in your local small claims and then have an independent process server serve them at their location in Ohio. If they don't show up in your State for the hearing, you win. Record the default judgment in your State and in Ohio.
And "Michael Anthony" repeated threats of voiding your contract is good because then you are not bound by that contract or any of its provisions, yet at that point you've paid for something and received no service. So you want your money back.
Their website poses the question "Why are we so inexpensive?' The answer is, of course, 'because we dont pay claims" so ANY money they scam you out of is profit because they arent going to provide you with service anyway. The website says it best; 'Auto Repair Warranty, Inc. Is Family Owned and Controlled'
The scammer behind this is MICHAEL F. PETRUZIELLO, the single person who is member/manager/former of the company, and none other than Michael Anthony and is easily found at the Ohio Secretary of State:

The articles of incorporation state 'the corporation shall begin business with $500.' And the Ohio Attorney General is another great place to complain.
