Katour Line Wigs is a scam and its owner, Karen Henderson is a thief and should be reported to authorities. I ordered a wig in August. It looked nothing like the photo on their website. I sent it back for an exchange. Karen Henderson, the owner and I spoke a couple of times and she said I owed more money for extra hair color and shipping. I paid. To date I have not received my wig nor my money back. If anybody has had a bad experience with Katour or if they have stolen from you too, please file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. Once they have enough complaints, they will ensue a class action suit. Katour does not belong in business since they are stealing from people. They have 13 BBB complaints. I should have checked that first.
