I was on a game on facebook and bought a game card to put onto my game (10$). When I tried to add it to my game, I could not get on. I went to customer service and ask them how I can continue with my game and they told me the only way I would get my asnswer would be to pay a ridiculous amount of money for an answer. I think 48$ for a second of their time. I don't think they should have a right to charge anything for an answer. What can I do?
