I have been writing to the Customer support team regards to give me my full refund of $35.95 USD I had paid for the product on Product: Membership - Unlimited Access to Movies & TV shows Order Date: 11/30 11:15PM Mountain
I joined the site to have access to movies but instead these were tools/softwares to be able to download movies.
This is very deceptive and misleading
I have no interest what so ever about this software
Their FAQ states:
"Q: Tell me more about your 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
A: If you're ever unsatisfied with your membership, you can simply cancel with no further obligations."
According to the Terms & Conditions states that:
'If you are within your first 60 days of our guarantee period you are eligible for a refund.'
Thus, I requested a refund by attempting to click customer support but this only leads to more advirtisement and a broken link! So far NO Refund.
