Liquid Reflections Web Design
Induvia International Media Group, Induvia, Crystal Clear Media Solutions, DJ Wimberely, Damon Steward Web Design Scam, Incomplete Work, Failur to Comply with Requests, Breach of Contract Atlanta, Web Based

Good afternoon,

I am writing this report out of an inherient moral obligation. For the past 11 months I have been involved as a client with Liquid Reflections Web Design. My contact person was DJ up until about 4 months ago when I stopped getting responses and they stopped delivering the terms of our contract.

At the time I entered into the agreement with them there was little or no activity on scam reports and I assumed that it was all good. The long and short is that in the beginning (while still paying in installments) DJ began work on my project and seemed to be delivering. It wasn't until all the payments were made when DJ started taking longer and longer to respond. After 4 months of requesting upgrades to my site to complete it I never heard back. It wasn't until I notified him that I had hired an attorney when I got a lenghtly appology email but claimed they would complete my requested work in another few weeks. It was too late by that time. I have already begun to seek legal recourse.

During this time I received emails from seemingly dozens of accounts all related in name in some capacity (e.G.induvia, induviaint, dj, Damon, etc.) and because they were responding and building a website (to some extent) I never questioned it too deeply.

Then I received a private message from someone in another country who claiemd to be the actual developer for my website and claimed that he had been fired and not paid for his work on my project by DJ because he claimed I never paid him... That is not true as is evidenced by all my payment reciepts. I suppose in the end what hurts most is that it didn't even seem like a scam in the beggining. It just dragged on and on for just under a year. I am left with what remains of an 80% completed webpage and a distorted and ruined company image as all of my prospective clients grew tired of me feeding them deadlines that DJ told me my site would be completed and in the end it looked like I was the one lying.

It has cost me several thousand for the actual "web design contracted services", a few more in lost revenue and even more in lost investments and/or prospective clients. I am under the impressions that this DJ person constantly operates under different shell companies and aliases and while I cannot confirm those statements or assumptions I am confident in their accuracy. Now all of a sudden I see several reports of persons in a similar situation as I am.

I have begun to seek legal recourse and I will update if neccessary. Until then, I am only interested in being contacted by legal entitities and/or the clients they represent who are interested in seeking financial retribution. I found it strange that in all the compliants and reports that nobody said they filed suit or something of the like...

My small company was taken advantage of and has been tarnished beyond recognition however its quite simple really, DJ or whomever is the operative of this apparent scam cannot simply dissapear from the internet. He obviously exists, my private investigations have yielded very interesting findings which need to reain confidential until my legal proceedings have been completed.

Hopefully nobody else moves forward with this company.

Sincerely,

J
