I took my computer to staples easy tech based upon staples online diagnostic that it had viruses. They removed the viruses and restored my data. The next day the computer did a weird matrix type scroll when i booted it up and easy tech told me to bring it back. They did said i needed a new hard drive. I purchased a new hard drive and they installed it. 2 weeks later i got "black screen". They were un able to determine or fix my issue. I took my computer to (2) independent service techs (one being frys electronics) who told me staples damaged my motherboard when installing my hard drive and i should take it back to them. Subsequently staples did an anemic "investigation" in which the store manger essentially asked her tech "did you cause this damage" he of course denied the possibility and they refused to honor their warranty. Please do not use staples easy tech for anything! They have abominable customer service, in experienced techs (right out of high school) and breech service warranties.
