Our company which my husband and I own was slammed by this company on our local ATT phone bill. They charged us over $200 in a two month period which we didn't authorize on our company phone bill. We spoke with a customer service person at the request of our phone company and they told us that they would cancel the charge and credit us for one charge but not the other. I am angry because the only two people here at this business that can authorize charges never gave consent. This company is billed through a company called Payment One who also refuses to do anything. It seems companies can slam you and there is little one can do about it.
