I was first time user of the website www.freelancer.com where I was searching for someone to be able to build an very specific auto updating affiliate website for me. I placed job on the site and got bids from several programmers to do the job. Out of the bidders that responded the person with the username on that site elbisnero had job history the others did not.in messaging this bidder he immediately told me to contact him on skype under the username revolutionary_designs to discuss the job details further. Being oblivious of how www.freelancer.com worked i opened an account on skype and contacted him there. His name is Daniel and I decided to go with him due to the references he provided. Daniel instructed me not to go through www.freelancer.com so not to accept his bid on that site. Daniel said he would complete the job in four days. We also agreed that I would not put up any money up front that I would pay for the site once completed. We had several conversations about what I wanted and he stated that he had already began the site building process and would have something for me soon. One week later I was contacted by Daniel as he proceeds to tell me he had not done anything on the site because he was supposedly unclear on what I was looking for in the site. So even though we had discussed everything and I had even sent him link of a website that i wanted it to look like which he agreed he could do, he stated he was unclear on what i was looking for. He then says he is starting site right away but he would need money up front. After telling him that would be a breach of our contract that we had agreed i would not pay him until the site was turned over to me he still wanted the money. I needed that site up and running asap so agreed on milestone payments and made my first one to him. After two weeks more time he had still not provided me the site he agreed he would build and I started asking him for instructions on how to change and add things once he turned it over to me. At this point he wanted his second milestone payment which i paid hoping this would make him finish the site and turn it over to me. It is now a month later Daniel has told me he cannot provide me with the site he had bid on and contracted with me to build and now is ignoring all contact from me and refusing to immediately refund my money back to me. I searched for is email address on alta vista search and found that he builds sites and sells them on www.flippa.com his email is laptop. [email protected], his username on www.flippa.com is bisnero, and his username on www.freelancer.com is elbisnero.
